These standard terms and conditions apply to the products offered for sale in the Miracle Mosaics online shop. The term 'Buyer' applies to the party who orders products from Miracle Mosaics. The minimum amount to be spent in this shop is € 10; the maximum amount to be spent in this shop is € 250.

All prices quoted in this online shop are in Euro's, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Buyers residing in countries of the European Union pay the product prices including VAT. Miracle Mosaics has the right to change product prices at any time.

Products ordered will be delivered via a delivery service appointed by Miracle Mosaics, at the address specified by Buyer during the ordering process. Buyer remains at all times responsible for the correctness and completeness of the delivery address.

Products ordered will be shipped to Buyer as quickly as possible after receipt of the payment by Miracle Mosaics: usually within 7 days after receipt of such payment. In case of delay in the shipment, Buyer has no right to any damage claims nor the right to cancel the order.

In case any of the products ordered are out-of-stock, Buyer will receive notice of this in the confirmation email containing payment information. Miracle Mosaics and Buyer will thereupon agree on whether and how the missing products will be backordered.

Shipping charges are specified during the ordering process and are charged to Buyer. Shipping charges are based on the regular shipment rates of the Dutch postal services plus an extra charge for handling costs. Shipping charges are also specified in the confirmation email. By payment of the amounts due, buyer agrees with the shipping- and handling costs.

In case customer has selected the wrong region of delivery during the ordering process and therefor  has been given the wrong specification of shipment charges, Miracle Mosaics has the right to inform customer of this mistake and request payment of additional shipment costs.

Should the purchased product fail to meet Buyer's expectations, Buyer may return the product within 7 days after receipt. Return shipments must be announced to Miracle Mosaic's customer service by email, after which Buyer will receive a return form by email: this form must be completed and enclosed in the return shipment. Products must be returned in their original packing material, and may not be damaged or used. Discounted products cannot be returned.

After receipt of the undamaged and unused returned product, the vendor will remit the purchase price exclusive of shipping costs within fourteen (14) days into a bank account to be stated by Buyer.

All products sold in the Miracle Mosaics online shop are of high quality. When used properly and for the purpose for which they are made, the products are safe for user and environment. Miracle Mosaics is not responsible for any damage or harm, caused during or after the use of products sold by Miracle Mosaics. Actual colors of products may differ from the representation on the buyer's computer screen.

Payment of your order is possible via Bank Transfer or PayPal: during the ordering process Buyer is asked which method of payment is preferred. After receipt of the order, Miracle Mosaics will send a confirmation email to Buyer, including information for payment. Payments per bank transfer need to be made to IBAN NL08 INGB 0659 1988 78 of Color Me Mine Amsterdam, Holland (BIC INGBNL2A) within 8 days after receipt of the confirmation email.
